Our projects have consist of: Major masonry removal, diamond cut, then chemically cleaned with a power wash operation. This will achieve a clean and prepared surface. Then skilled craftsman install different styles of brick or stone pointing, to have complete, sound, water tight, uniform masonry surfaces. Our masonry projects have consisted of historic projects, having detailed analysis of masonry and aggregate textures, sand type, sizes and colors, as well as, samples of styles and installation procedures, which have been approved by historic art commissions, engineers and architects. Some of our successful projects have brought masonry preservation to entire building facilities, where we have achieved building restoration and made these buildings waterproof. Our ariel rigging and craftsman have been able to make access to perform masonry repairs, restoration and preservation without the high cost and inconvenience of scaffolding. We have made cast stone and limestone removals, reproduction and setting of these type ornate segments, which have failed and become unsafe on many buildings. Our masonry preservation and waterproofing allows us to use specified products from urethanes, two-part epoxy, custom colors, elastic sealants, waterproof sealants, which are tooled and taped to achieve quality, long lasting repairs. After repairs, beautification methods are performed to bring back luster, uniform appearance and texture. Then waterproofing, waterproof coatings, textures and colors are applied to make repairs water tight. Our work produces a clean, rebuilt, uniform, sound, waterproof, extensive reconstruction project.
