Specialized Work Performed:
We work in the Industrial, Chemical and Refinery industries, performing shut down and emergency repair work, as well as, scheduled inspections and major reconstruction.

Steeplejacks use specialized ariel scaffolding, inspection and safety equipment.

Internal and External Inspections:
A formal inspection includes documented conditions with dimensions, locations and detailed information supported by photographs and reports. The inspection report, with presentation, will include, our recommendations and proposal for repair, removal or replacement.

Training:
Compliance to OSHA regulations and following proper procedures and documentation. Our strict safety program, medical testing, containment and confined space training and regulations, proper use and training of specialized safety, breathing, monitoring equipment. We supply an abundance of personal protection equipment and training, lockout and tagout and electrical safety equipment training and procedures.

Other Systems Connected:
Installation or repair of the important components including: Breachings, baffles, dampers, flues, safe access ladder, safety protection and fall arrest systems, air monitoring equipment, aircraft warning lights, beacon lights , strobes, alarms, monitors and bonding to lightning protection systems.

Lightning Protection System:
Installation and repair of UL approved and Master Label, which includes lead covered cables, air terminals, bonding and grounding.

Operations Performed:
Steel work fabrication includes: vertical and horizontal steel tension bands, structural steel support repairs and fabrication and installation. Installation of catwalk balconies for air monitoring, coring and safe access. Coring to obtain samples and to install air monitoring equipment.

External Repairs:
Installation of concrete slip forms, epoxy coated engineered formed reinforcement rod systems, poured concrete caps, masonry repairs, brick replacement, cleaning and pointing.

Internal Repairs:
Installation and repairs of linings, gunite, coatings. These various coatings will have one or more of these characteristics: thermal, heat, acid, fire resistant or refactory.
